Susan Heard Munro 5/16/1945 - 12/6/2022

Susan was born on May 16, 1945 in Los Angeles, CA to George Samuel Heard and Eva
Albritton Heard. The family, with older sister Diane, moved to El Monte, CA in 1946 where Susan
attended El Monte schools. After graduation from California Western University in San Diego, CA in
1967, Susan started her more than 30 year teaching career in the El Monte schools. Susan retired from
the El Monte school district in 2005 and moved to Temecula, CA where she enjoyed family, friends, and
travel. Susan was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Piper White. She will be greatly
missed by spouse, Ken Munro, sister and brother-in-law Diane and Dennis Frank, niece and nephew
Mandie and Jeff Laureles, and grand nieces, Kylei and Isabel Laureles.

I have set the preliminary date as Saturday Feb. 4th, 2023 @ 10:30 AM for Susan's Burial at sea...

I would like your feedback regarding the date and event. Also I need a count of people attending so that I can make arrangements with Sea Star and lunch to follow...

Please forward this to anyone who would like to attend. There are a limited number of attendees due to the vessel requirements.
